Privacy Policy

The operator of the e-shop Martin Vild on the website https://czechautolegends.cz/ with Company ID 10845020, located at U Mratínky 574, 250 64 Měšice, processes personal data provided by the buyer for the purpose of fulfilling and confirming the Terms and Conditions, processing electronic orders, delivering goods, handling payments, and necessary communication between the parties for the period required by specific legal regulations.

Basic Provisions

  1. The data controller according to Section 5, letter o) of Act No. 18/2018 on the Protection of Personal Data, as amended (hereinafter "Act"), is Martin Vild, Company ID 10845020, with its registered office at U Mratínky 574, 250 64 Měšice (hereinafter "Controller");

  3. Personal data means all information identifying a natural or legal person.

Sources of Processed Personal Data

  1. The Controller processes personal data that the buyer has provided with consent and data obtained based on the fulfillment of the Purchase Agreement and the processing of electronic orders on the website https://czechautolegends.cz/.
  2. The Controller processes only identification and contact data of the buyer necessary for the fulfillment of the Purchase Agreement;
  3. The Controller processes personal data for the purpose of delivery, payment settlement, and necessary communication between the parties for the period required by specific legal regulations. Personal data will not be disclosed and there will be no transfer to other countries.

Purpose of Processing Personal Data

The Controller processes the buyer's personal data for the following reasons:

  1. For the purpose of registration on the website https://czechautolegends.cz, according to Section 13, paragraph 1, letter a) of Act No. 18/2018 on the Protection of Personal Data;
  2. For the purpose of processing the buyer's electronic order (name, address, email, phone number);
  3. For the purpose of fulfilling the rights and obligations arising from the contractual relationship between the buyer and the Controller;
  4. Providing personal data is a necessary requirement for the fulfillment of the purchase contract. Without providing personal data, the contract cannot be concluded.

Retention Period of Personal Data

  1. The Controller retains personal data for the period necessary to exercise the rights and obligations arising from the contractual relationship between the buyer and the Controller and for a period of 3 years from the termination of the contractual relationship;
  2. After the retention period of personal data has expired, the Controller is obligated to delete the data.

Recipients and Processors of Personal Data

The third party receiving the buyer's personal data is the Controller's subcontractors. The services of these subcontractors are strictly related to the successful fulfillment of the purchase contract and electronic order between the Controller and the buyer.

The Controller's subcontractors are:

  • Zásilkovna
  • PPL

Buyer's Rights

Under the conditions specified in the Act, the buyer has the right to:

  1. Access their personal data;
  2. Correct personal data;
  3. Delete personal data;
  4. Object to processing;
  5. Data portability;
  6. Withdraw consent to the processing of personal data in writing or electronically at the email address: CAL@volny.cz.
  7. File a complaint with the Office for Personal Data Protection if they believe that their right to personal data protection has been violated.

Security of Personal Data

  1. The Controller declares that they have taken all appropriate technical and organizational measures necessary to secure the buyer's personal data;
  2. The Controller has implemented technical measures to secure data storage, including password protection for computers, use of antivirus programs, and regular maintenance of computers.

Final Provisions

  1. By submitting an electronic order on the website [czechautolegends.cz], the buyer confirms that they have been informed of the privacy policy conditions and accepts them in their entirety;
  2. The buyer agrees to these rules by checking the box in the order;
  3. The Controller is entitled to change these Rules at any time. The new version of the Rules is required to be published on their website.

This Policy comes into effect on 01.01.2024
